Peppermint oi is from a herb that originates throughout Europe and North America. The herb actually grows like a wildfire which is a blessing in disguise as we figure out all these amazing health benefits and uses it has for us.

Okay… So what are these benefits?

  • This amazing herb is a natural bug repellent for spiders, beetles, fleas, flies, lice, mice, moths and many more. I’ve even used it for mosquitoes and even sand fleas and if you are from the coastal areas you would know that those little flying bugs are brutal.
  • Peppermint oil produces a natural sensation of cooling and tingling when applied to the skin. Which makes peppermint oil a natural pain reliever! With this natural aromathearpy it can heal headaches, muscle aches and pains and even itching.
  • Mentally peppermint oil can also help reduce stress which of course helps improve mental function. This oil even helps you stay awake and alert improving mental clarity while rasing energy levels helping you get ready for your next adventure.

Use a dropper or a roller of peppermint oil and put it on your wrists, ankles, and behind your ears and neck. if your skin is not used to, I definitely recommend mixing it with half portions of carrier oil, my favorite is coconut oil as it is nourishing to the skin. Of course, you can put it wherever you want, however these spots have worked best for me!
